Following are the terms & Conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time -

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. https://www.custompartshop.com/ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.


Shipping rates & delivery estimates -

CustomPartShop.com ships to addresses in UAE, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & Qatar. All products that are marked "In-stock" has a delivery time of 4-7 business days and products that are marked as "Available on order" has a delivery time of 14-21 days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs clearance, etc. All products are shipped from United States directly to the customers address. Products are delivered through UPS, FedEx or DHL shipping carriers. 

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking -

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active as soon as the shipment has been released. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes -

CustomPartShop.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Only applicable to shipments to customers outside United Arab Emirates.

 

Damages -

CustomPartShop.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact info@custompartshop.com  to file a claim.

CustomPartShop.com will file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf, compensation subject to shipping carrier.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
